A list of the breweries who poured at Nottingham Craft Beer Festival 2022...
We will be announcing the breweries we will be welcoming to NCBF23 from January 2023 onwards. Until then, here's a list of who we had pouring with us in 2022...
Amity
Based in Farsley, Leeds, Amity Brew Co stand for community, friendship and good beer. They create modern interpretations of classic beer styles, as well as experimenting with what’s new.
Atom
Founded back in 2014 by two scientists with a passion for both beer and science. They are firmly based in Hull and with a strong feeling for the place, having launched two venues as well as the brewery.

Bang the Elephant
A small, but perfectly formed, Notts brewery who took last year’s festival by storm.
Black Iris
Nottingham’s Black Iris are already legendary in these parts after ten years of brewing great beers. Their Kev Grey artwork is instantly recognisable and they’ve recently launched their own bottleshop and taproom out in New Basford.
Black Lodge Brewing
Collaboration, experimentation and creativity are the driving forces behind Liverpool’s Black Lodge brewery.
Brew Cavern
Long-standing pillars of the Nottingham independent beer scene, Brew Cavern bottle shop will be at the festival pouring beers from Evil Twin (USA). Look out for I've Been Missing My Mom's Spiced Blackberry Cobbler, To The Milky Way and Black IV - Peach Clementine Raspberry, Lime, Vanilla. And from Equilibrium (USA) in collaboration Omnipollo (Sweden)
18 Decillion.
Brew York
Founded in 2016 by friends Wayne Smith and Lee Grabham, Brew York still brew all their beers in York, at two brewhouses.
Castle Rock
Local brewery and pub group Castle Rock have dominated the Notts beer scene for years. While their core range needs no introduction, their passion for brewing seasonal and rotating craft brews is what keeps everyone on their toes.
Cloudwater Brew Co
Manchester-based Cloudwater champion beer quality through their focus on balance, precision, creativity, and brewing science. They take inspiration from the community, and the change of lifestyle each season, creating beer for moments with friends and loved ones, and to accompany quiet pauses and jovial conviviality.
Emperor's Brewery
A long time ago, in a brewery far, far away... a keen home brewer had a dream to produce the greatest Imperial Stouts and Porters the galaxy had ever seen.
FireRock Brewing Co
FireRock are a craft beer brewery, bar and bottleshop based in nearby Sutton-in-Ashfield, they'll be bunking up with Bang the Elephant this year for their first festival appearance.
GlassHouse Beer Co
Hailing from Stirchley, Birmingham, with a reputation for producing innovative vegan beers without fining or filtering, although no longer from the original set up in Josh’s Mum’s greenhouse.
Heist
Sheffield-based brewery founded by fans of music, sports, extreme sports and artistic expression. They’ve recently opened up a new tap room venue in Neepsend and will be bringing some of their latest treats to the festival.

Lakes Brew Co
Lakes Brew Co. is in the heart of Kendal on Mintsfeet Industrial Estate, housing a bespoke designed 16hl SSV brew kit, MicroCan CL5 canning line and a pop up tap room, providing fresh off the line beer to the craft beer scene in the Lake District.
Liquid Light
Liquid Light Brewing Company was born out of a passion for beer and music. They produce modern craft beer in keg, cask and cans. After a couple of years of cuckoo brewing, they found a home of their own and now have a 12bbl brewhouse and tap room round the corner in Sneinton.
Magpie
Magpie Brewery started in 2006. Since then production has steadily increased, and in 2017 the modest 6 brewery barrel plant was upgraded, they can now produce up to 20 barrels per brew. The heart and soul of their beer comes from a love of the craft and passion for using the finest British ingredients - all using 100% renewable electricity.
Navigation Brewery
Based at the historic Trent Navigation Inn, they use the finest quality ingredients, superior brewery methods and state-of-the-art equipment to produce their beers. Their ethos is to create the finest cask ales and exciting keg beers, which fans of all types of beer enjoy.
Neon Raptor
Since becoming our Sneinton Market neighbours, these guys have not stopped producing great beer. As the name suggests, they have been re-inventing classic beer styles with modern techniques, and they’re currently sat comfortably as one of the best breweries in England according to Untappd.

North Brewing Co
Legends from Leeds, loved for brewing hazy hoppy IPAs, crisp pils, and fruity sours.
The Oxton Liqueur Company
Oxton liqueurs are all handmade here in Nottinghamshire, using the traditional methods of steeping and infusing the whole fruit to achieve an intense depth of flavour.
Pomona Island
Award winning beer from Salford.Their core range of pale beers with regularly updated recipes and differing hops are complemented by one offs - where their innovation and creativity really shines through.
Redsmith Distillery
Gin, glorious gin. Truly independent and award-winning gin distillers. Try their range, all made in small batches on site from a unique copper pot still.

Sheep in Wolf's Clothing
SiWC started life in 2020 with the ambition to become a leading brewery specialising in the production of low-alcohol and alcohol free beers and to open a series of accessible, inclusive pubs, which reflect the communities they serve.
Siren Craft Brew
A modern brewery based in Berkshire, creating flavour-forward beers designed to excite and intrigue.
Totally Brewed
Local brewery Totally Brewed were officially founded in 2014, however head brewer, Rob, had been home-brewing award-winning pints for six years beforehand. These guys have perfected both cask and keg beers which you can find all over the city.
Turning Point
A small team of beer lovers with a clear mission: brew their favourite beers and have a good time. Their brewery was launched in 2017, after Aron and Cameron called time on their day jobs. They relocated to Knaresborough, after two (and a bit) years at their original site in Kirkbymoorside.
Wild Card Brewery
Brewery founded in Walthamstow in 2012 by a couple originally from Notts. They still have a lot of friends and family here and will be showcasing their new series of collaboration beers on the bar with Black Iris, Castle Rock, Liquid Light and Neon Raptor.

Please note that we are adding more and more beers as each brewery informs us as to what they are bringing with them. So this probably won't be complete until festival weekend itself. And even then it's likely the festival will throw up a few surprises that aren't on it.
